Swiss Steak

How To Make:
- Take beef round and tenderize
- Season the tenderized beef with salt and pepper
- Coat beef in flour
- Cook beef in frying pan with a bit of oil
- Add beef, carrots, potatoes, onions into an oven safe container (I use a dutch oven)
- Pour tomato sauce into the same container, should cover all the food items
- Bake at 275 degrees F for 3-4 hours
