Vietnamese Dipping Sauce (Nuoc Cham)

Ingredients:

• 2 tbsp sugar
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 2 tbsp fish sauce
• 2 tbsp water
• 2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
• 1-2 Thai red chili, sliced thinly
